Calum Walker is regarded as something of a producer's producer in music circles. His output under his Solar House guise has seen him feature prominently on Jeff Craven's Large Music label in the US and in countless DJ boxes to boot. In 2003 he released his eagerly awaited debut album, 'Magic of the City', to rave reviews. The album featured many of the best-loved Solar House tracks including the timeless 'Got 2 B U' & 'Universal'. But it was through Fresh & Low that we were first introduced to Walker. Deep house classics like 'Wind On Water’ and 'Love Capsule Deluxe', both released on Chicago's influential Guidance label, captured the essence of the mid-nineties house movement perfectly. And it's hardly surprising that they are still considered classics today! Calum has recorded and produced remixes for numerous labels including: Tronicsole, Papa Records, i Records, Grow!, Black Vinyl, F Communications, Chilli Funk, Glasgow Underground, Airtight, Blusoul and countless others.
